Voice AI tools like ElevenLabs are powerful — but intimidating for non-technical users. The real barrier isn't the technology, it's the prompt. Most B2B clients don't know how to write one that actually works. The platform needed to make prompt engineering invisible — turning a complex technical process into a guided, intuitive workflow.

What I Did
I led the full UX research and design process using AI-assisted methods throughout — from research synthesis to wireframing. Using JTBD framework I mapped what business users actually needed: not to "write a prompt" but to launch a working voice agent with minimal friction.
The core design solution was a structured prompt builder — a step-by-step interface that guides users through defining their agent's tone, goals, and behavior without ever using technical language. The workflow was designed to feel like filling out a brief, not engineering a system.
I built the full UX logic, user flows, and wireframes, then designed the UI — keeping the interface clean and business-focused to match the B2B context.
Outcome
A platform that democratizes voice AI for business users — making prompt engineering accessible to anyone, regardless of technical background.
