NeoPhone is a B2B voice AI platform built for the German-speaking market. The product was technically strong but visually underdeveloped — no brand, no visual language, nothing that communicated the scale of what they were building.The company was preparing for investor conversations and enterprise sales simultaneously. Both audiences needed to feel the same thing when they encountered NeoPhone: this is serious, this is differentiated, this is inevitable.

What I did

Voice AI is invisible by nature — you hear it, you don't see it. The design challenge was giving NeoPhone a visual presence that felt as fluid and alive as the product itself. The brand orbits around a single symbol: a sphere in motion, shifting between deep blue and warm orange. It's not a logo that sits still. It breathes.

The result is a brand that feels like it comes from somewhere real.

So, what I did:

01 — Logo & Visual Identity

Designed the NeoPhone logo and the signature sphere symbol — used across all touchpoints as both brand mark and expressive element. Defined color tokens, gradient system, and usage rules for dark and light contexts.

02 — Brand Guidelines

Component library with design tokens, auto-layout, and full state coverage. Built to be handed off to developers and maintained by non-designers.

03 — Design System

Created a full Figma design system with dark mode tokens as the primary surface, content and safe zones documentation, Instagram content system, typography scale, and component states. Built to scale across the website, platform UI, and all marketing output.

04 — Investor Presentation

Designed the pitch deck used for funding conversations — market sizing, product differentiation, traction metrics, and roadmap. Visual language consistent with the brand: dark, data-dense, credible. Numbers presented as designed objects, not spreadsheet exports.

Outcome

NeoPhone went into investor conversations with a brand that matched the ambition of the product. The design system covered every surface — platform, website, pitch, social — from a single token foundation. The sphere became instantly recognizable as the face of the product across all contexts.
